In celebration of Pancakes Day last week, I thought of sharing with you guys my pancakes recipe. In fact, it is NOT my recipe. I have learned it from the greatest chef Jamie Oliver. However, I personalized it by adding a teaspoon of Vanilla because I always enjoy pancakes with sweet toppings such as maple syrup, honey, strawberries, Nutella etc…

Ingredients
- 1 cupflour
- 1 cupmilk
- 1egg
- 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
- 1 q.s.oil
Preparation of Pancakes
In a large bowl, pour the egg, the milk, the flour and the vanilla. With a whisk, mix well all ingredients until fully incorporated.
Afterwards, grease a pan with oil and preheat it for 30 seconds. Then, start pouring the pancake mix one ladle at a time in the middle of the pan.
Once, you see bubbles forming on top of the pancake, flip it on the other side for a couple of minutes, and there you go, ready to enjoy them with your favorite topping.
Advice
– Pancakes are better enjoyed hot from the pan. However, you can freeze them in a plastic bag up to 3 months.
– Some toppings ideas could be maple syrup, honey, nutella, strawberries etc…
I hope you enjoyed the Pancakes recipe.
