My name is Jessica Khater, I’m a Food Blogger and I created this blog in January 2020 in the aim of pursuing my passion towards cooking.
I was born in Italy from a Lebanese father and a Greek mother. Therefore, I grew up eating different types of Mediterranean foods.
I have always enjoyed good food, but I never knew I had the ability to cook until recently.
Since then, I have been consecrating all my time and energy for my passion towards cooking and working very hard on improving my skills.
I have registered myself into many cooking courses namely the classes of:
- Chefs Gordon Ramsay, Dominique Ansel, Wolfgang Puck, Thomas Keller, Apollonia Poilane, Massimo Bottura and many others on the platform of MasterClass and,
- Chef Luigi Franco on Creare Emozioni in the hope of elevating my dishes.
The objective of this blog is to introduce myself to you through my recipes in which the main ingredient will always be love just like my mom taught me and used to do.
Managing my Blog
Being my first blog ever, I am still learning on its optimization. However, having studied Economics in college, I had a considerable experience with Digital Business.
My content and my pictures are totally original. Recipes have been tested several times and pictures have been taken by my sister who’s a professional photographer.
So, without any further ado, I present to you my blog. Don’t forget to check out my recipes!!!
