This time of the year is perfect to prepare an Orange Cake. A great source of vitamin C, oranges are the most fresh during the winter season.
As usual, this is a family recipe, and I would love to share it with you guys. I hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 3eggs
- 1 cupoil
- 1 cuporange juice
- 2 cupssugar
- 3 cupsflour
- 4 teaspoonsbaking powder
- 1 pinchvanilla
Preparation of the Orange Cake
First of all, start by preheating your oven to 180°C.
Then, in big bowl, pour the eggs and the sugar and mix them using a hand mixer or a stand mixer until they become creamy and light colored.
Add the liquid ingredients: the orange juice and the oil and keep mixing until fully incorporated.
Finally, add the the flour, the vanilla and the baking powder and mix again until you have a uniform creamy mixture.
Align some parchment paper in a cake mold and pour down the mixture.
Bake the orange cake for 30-35 minutes approximately or until a knife or a toothpick comes out clean.
Advice
– The Orange Cake can be conserved for about a week in a closed container or at least covered so it does not dry out.
