It is very easy to prepare, has the simplest ingredients and is so tasty and rich of nutrients.
It is perfect for office breakfast as well as for post workout routines.

Ingredients

Oatmeal Yogurt Jar
  • 3 spoonsoatmeal (If you don’t like oatmeal, you can substitute it with plain cornflakes )
  • 1 cupyogurt (I use Activia because it is sweet)
  • 4strawberries (Or any fruit of your preference)
  • 1 spoonhoney

Preparation of the Oatmeal Yogurt Jar

Get ready for the easiest recipe ever.
  1. In a jar, first of all, pour down the oatmeal.

    Then, add the yogurt.

Once done, proceed to washing and cutting the strawberries into small pieces and add them over the yogurt.

Finally, drizzle the honey on the strawberries, close the jar and let it sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge.

Oatmeal is usually hard, so it is better to let it sit with the other ingredients for a while even overnight. As I mentioned before, it is perfect for an office breakfast. You can prepare it one day ahead and take it with you anywhere.
