I have been recently introduced to the world of Porridge and have fallen in love with it.
Porridge is a healthy fulfilling English breakfast made out of oats and milk or water, yogurt and any topping you might love.
One of the first ideas that came to my mind, is combining chocolate and banana together. So here comes my Chocolate Banana Porridge recipe. I hope you like it.

- 2 spoonscocoa powder
- 1/2banana (cut into pieces)

Preparation of the Chocolate Banana Porridge
First of all, in a small saucepan, mix together the oats, milk and cocoa powder on low fire for 5 minutes approximately until the milk is fully absorbed. You should obtain a viscous consistency, pudding-like.
Then, transfer your porridge to a bowl and add the toppings: bananas and chocolate chips.
Finally, wait a few seconds until the chocolate chips melt and enjoy it while still hot.
– You can be as creative as you want with porridge. Change toppings as you like.
– If you have a sweet tooth, add sugar to the milk in the saucepan.
– If you’re on a diet, or prefer a lighter version of the porridge, substitute the milk with water.
